The COSINE Servicing and Delivery (CSD) team delivers high quality servicing experiences for 2 billion happily engaged and connected, up-to-date customers. The team ensures the delivery of the latest features, bug fixes, and security fixes to Azure cloud and client properties, as well as all versions of the Windows operating system as used by consumer and enterprise customers. We are looking for Program Managers with strong customer advocacy and passion for ensuring customers are protected and productive. CSD is a fast-paced team with roles spanning from the cloud to the client, where Program Managers have tremendous impact and ample opportunities to learn and grow their technical and business skills, and their careers.
Responsibilities will include: Lead the design and implementation and modernization of servicing technologies across the intelligent cloud and the intelligent edge; evangelize and influence alignment across CSD and partner organizations to ensure engineers understand and deliver on shared goals Investigate and understand customer scenarios and expectations in depth, using telemetry/data, customer feedback, anecdotal evidence, personal experience and market perceptions Manage and coordinate the work of a team of engineers to deliver features, fixes, and security updates on a monthly basis; track
Qualifications and traits we seek: 2-3 years of relevant experience, and a bachelors degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
