Amazon is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to be a part of the Customer Reviews Development team in Seattle, WA. We own Amazon's famous Customer Reviews and Star Ratings – one of the world’s largest community driven products and a hallmark, permanent feature of Amazon’s retail website. This feature is a tremendously visible aspect of Amazon's brand and competitive advantage. We materially impact dozens of Amazon’s retail businesses and hence are considered a tier-1 critical feature for the company. Our features and designs have inspired many others, but we are relentlessly maintaining our lead in innovation. We are forming a team to develop transforming new features that will help millions of customers to make shopping decisions on-line. We strive to build the most intuitive and fast user experience possible. • 3+ years of technical leadership and project management experience in an Internet-related program or applications environment (or equivalent) • Ability to analyze business requirements, write specifications, scope technical requirements, and drive delivery across organizational boundaries. • Track-record of effective collaboration with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and lead the resolution of blocking issues • Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions
