As the Microsoft Stream Customer Program Manager, you will... Help build a community–energize the Stream forum, reach out to customers with regular product updates, curate customer ideas, and be responsive to the community. Coordinate customer engagement—develop a coherent strategy to build on our existing customer interactions, drive a coordinated way for team members to be engaged, and facilitate connections with other Office systems to scale out our engagement. Onboard large customers—identify tools needed to facilitate easy migration to Stream from older platforms and deliver best practices
Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of community lead, customer success, technical project consulting, technical evangelism, technical marketing, and/or project/program management experience. 2 years of recent experience in successfully developing community and customer success efforts. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills targeted for multiple audiences, including customers, partners, and the press. Ability to empathize with customers and have the curiosity to truly understand their needs, interpret customer insights/data,
