AWS Identity, Directory, and Access services is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to help build and scale out the new generation of Identity services. As a Principal TPM in this group, you will own security, performance, and cross-product data management. Our ideal candidate will have a strong TPM background, with demonstrated experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects, and will have a deep technical background in current web, storage, and security technologies . You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and help drive change. As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. · 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science · 2 years experience with Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development environments · At least 3 years of past software development experience is required for this role. · Experience with current web, storage, and security platforms, AWS preferred · 15+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry · Background in infrastructure, storage, identity services, and performance engineering · Experience using data science to generate business
