The Predictive Maintenance Manager will be a member of the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering network leadership team and has full accountability and ownership of driving predictive maintenance program across North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF). This position is responsible for developing and leading the predictive maintenance activities that will have a direct impact on equipment uptime, efficiency, cost management, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, innovation, and ultimately profitability. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience providing technical support to field maintenance teams · 3+ years of experience in the job offered or related occupation of Maintenance, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and condition monitoring of machines · Hands-on experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance, use of CMMS, and preventive and predictive maintenance techniques · Familiarity of analytical techniques and ROI analysis to
