The Amplify PM Team is looking for a talented PM to be a part of the effort to drive our strategies and investments by driving the Rhythm of Business in our efforts of measuring and impacting Customer Satisfaction (aka SAT), as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our PM teams have expansive charters and are mapped to mission-based teams focused on deep thought leadership and amazing execution. Key areas of ownership include driving the ROB across the organization, deriving key influencers for NPS, and driving partner teams to measurably impact NPS in partnership with key workloads.
