Office 365 is key to Microsoft's cloud strategy, and the O365 Amplify Engineering team is looking for highly driven PMs to deliver on the big bets crucial to Office 365's success. The Amplify PM Team is looking for a talented PM to be a part of the effort to drive our strategies and investments by driving the Rhythm of Business in our efforts of measuring and impacting Customer Satisfaction (aka SAT), as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our PM teams have expansive charters and are mapped to mission-based teams focused on deep thought leadership and amazing execution. Key areas of ownership include driving the ROB across the organization, deriving key influencers for NPS, and driving partner teams to measurably impact NPS in partnership with key workloads. This is a huge area with lots of room for creativity, exploration and hacking. If you are looking to make a big impact, grow a ton, and have fun doing it, you are the right person for the job. As part of the Office 365 Customer Success Engineering organization you'll be expected to collaborate and drive efforts across multiple engineering managers and organizations; success will be through driving delivery of scenarios and translating them into strategies from start to finish, with measurable and positive impact across the organization. In addition, you'll need to need to have great people skills paired with technical depth and passion.
