Amazon is seeking a Critical Asset Program Manager for our Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The Critical Assets Program Manager will be a member of the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering network leadership team and has full accountability and ownership of North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) critical pieces of equipment. This position is responsible for developing and leading the reliability process in a manner that will have a direct impact on equipment uptime, efficiency, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, innovation, and ultimately profitability. Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university or 1+ years Amazon experience providing technical support to field maintenance teams · 2+ years of experience in the job offered or related occupation of Reliability Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related discipline · Working knowledge of diverse MHS and OEM’s · Willing to travel at least 50% of the time across all time zones in North AmericaPreferred Qualifications: · Strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
