Are you interested in joining a world-class Operations Engineering organization? Amazon is looking for a motivated and organized individual for the central coordination of North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) capital projects. The Project Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting all procurement and change coordination as well as with the overall organization of each program within the NACF network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to understand the specific needs of capital projects. · Participate in program level coordination meetings and communicate changes to the field. · Compile pertinent metric information and publish to program leadership on a weekly basis. · Compile and organize project updates, details and schedules in a reportable format. · Assist Construction Managers to create high level project schedules which include internal and external team milestone activities. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field · 2+ years of experience in construction, building or land development · Experience reading construction drawings · Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project · Ability to evaluate and develop new tools as program develops · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with constant change · Able to deal with ambiguity; being flexible and able to change direction quickly · Self-starter that is able to identify opportunities and drive solutions
