The successful candidate will be a critical member of the WW Real Estate team and will be responsible for assisting the Asset Management of fulfillment locations within the North American Operations. The Asset Manager will report directly to a Sr. Asset Manager and will be based remotely in a virtual office location. Key requirements of the position will include the following: Responsible for managing leases for a small to medium portfolio of assets and/or
· Bachelor's Degree · Five years of experience in commercial property management for a real estate company · Experience and competence utilizing commercial real estate software platforms · Analyze and interoperate complex leases · Educate stakeholders on lease compliance responsibilities · Problem solving of complex issues · Identification and improvement of business processes.· Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment · Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations · An excellent and inherent competency with time management and organization
