The successful candidate will be a key part of a newly formed Lease Technology Support Team that will manage all elements of lease technology tools, applications, and systems. The Business Analyst on the team will be responsible for creating and disseminating metrics related to use of the technology to all stakeholders; identifying areas for improvement and facilitating these improvements. · Three (3) years’ experience supporting complex corporate programs related to software use and program management · Experience with large-scale software applications and reporting functionality · Experience with information-Statistical Analysis and support of internal audits· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration · Strong analytical ability · Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations · Exceptional communication skills · Experience working across multiple countries and languages · Ability to deliver results in a matrixed
