The Business Analyst on the team will be responsible for creating and disseminating metrics related to use of the technology to all stakeholders; identifying areas for improvement and facilitating these improvements. · Three (3) years’ experience supporting complex corporate programs related to software use and program management · Experience with large-scale software applications and reporting functionality · Experience with information-Statistical Analysis and support of internal audits· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration · Strong analytical ability · Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations · Exceptional communication skills · Experience working across multiple countries and languages · Ability to deliver results in a matrixed
