This Seattle based position will be part of an exciting, fast-moving business unit, challenged to provide services and deliverables that support the pace. · BA/BS degree from accredited university · 8+ years of construction management experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and growth within the construction/facilities industry · General knowledge of Building Codes · Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project · Ability to conduct financial business case analysis / translate information into useful formats and draw conclusions · Experience in negotiating commercial contracts (master agreements / work-orders) · Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads · Able to work with
