You will be in charge of managing multiple entry level managers consisting of Investigation Specialists (~40 headcount) who investigate customers’ cloud computing behavior and complex transactions on AWS accounts based on processes, tools and high-judgment decisions. You will provide leadership and administrative support to your team and manage them to focus on the people development, meeting decision quality targets, constantly meeting and exceeding service levels based on capacity and team delivery, and executing priority projects with various internal and external
· A Bachelor's degree or equivalent · Previous experience managing a group of managers · Exceptional operational, managerial, analytical and interpersonal skills · Extensive relevant industry experience (4+ years) across Operations, Risk, Fraud investigations, KYC / AML · Extensive experience as a people manager with consistent top performance and project delivery · Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word)· Experience collaborating with teams across multiple regions · MBA in relevant field of Operations · Exposure to quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean operations · Previous experience
