Description In partnership with team managers the Workflow Analyst plays an important role in ensuring AWS’s Fraud Investigations Team meets service levels by real-time and future staffing planning, work prioritization, investigation queue adjustments, and input into the overall

· BS/BA or equivalent or work flow related work experience of 4 years. · Strong numerical and analytical skills · Strong technical skills: intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint · Effective time management skills · Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads · Strong understanding of investigative systems · Ability to work pro-actively · Excellent communication skills – written and verbal · Ability to work in a cross-functional environment across regions (U.S.; EMEA; APAC). · Ability to respectfully disagree, foresee potential issues, and advocate
