As the Executive Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing all our executive-level communications (the plans, the content and execution). You will work closely with the CVP leading the business. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing Microsoft culture within the organization to drive for increased job satisfaction and strong business results. This role, the Senior Executive Communications Lead, is accountable for the following commitments: • Be the voice of Business Applications executives. Qualifications • Direct experience in handling executive communications within a corporate setting. • Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships up to the C-Level. • 5+ years of experience working in an executive communications/storytelling role. • Excellent project management skills; demonstration of impeccably managing multiple projects. • Understanding of how to build a public, social profile • Ability to build cultural programs to build morale and team engagement • Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations. • Self-starter able to create
