Amazon is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to own traffic-driving initiatives for our Tools, Home Improvement, Lawn and Garden, and Major Appliance businesses. This position requires a customer-centric mindset to deliver category marketing strategies that grow traffic and topline sales for our stores. This role will partner closely with the team’s Demand Generation leader to implement and optimize programs that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across a broad range of owned and operated channels. In this role you will be expected to flex both analytical skills and creative muscles and should be as comfortable with the marketing science as you are with the marketing art. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are a must as data are leveraged daily to inform campaigns and measure business impact. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, endlessly curious, detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity and scoping new areas, and comfortable
