Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As a Manager of the Antenna System Team, you will help to build and supervise a team of experts in specification, lattice design, and end-to-end model development. You will work with antenna design, silicon development and mechanical teams on the development of calibration and self-test methodology. · MS in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience · 7+ years of experience conducting hands-on development and/or research experience in antenna, RF systems, or DSP development · 5+ years of experience in RF beamforming · 3+ years of experience in technical and/or team leadership · 2+ years of experience in building models of complex wireless systems using Matlab, Simulink, ADS, SystemVue, AWR, or tools alike · Experience in development of calibration systems or algorithms · Experience in development in cross-disciplinary environment · Deep technical
