Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As SW Engineer for antenna systems, you will work with cross-disciplinary team of wireless and antenna engineers and will help to build advanced tools for the following: - Characterizing subsystems and systems related to antennas - Complex data storage - HW test automation - Application development - Design automation for 2D and 3D structures Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
· BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering, physics or equivalent experience · 5+ years of experience in one or more of C, C++, Java · Experience in object-oriented programming · 2+ years of experience in advanced Python programming · 1+ year of Web development · Full-solution/full-stack design experience · UI design and implementation · Experience in development of wireless systems · Experience in development of antenna measurement systems
