Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As a Senior FPGA Engineer, you will work closely with a team of antenna, RF, silicon and modem developers and will work on the development of advanced antenna systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to/own the following: · Develop test solutions for beamforming systems · Develop test solutions for end-to-end over-the-air testing of wireless systems · Develop FPGA solutions for antenna/RF system bring up Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

· BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience · 7+ years of experience with FPGA development tool flows · Experience in design, implementation, performing trade-offs, optimizing, and documenting FPGA designs from system level specifications · Experience resolving FPGA integration and test issues in hands-on lab environment · 5+ years of experience in scripting/programming such as Perl, python, TCL, C, C++, low-level programming (firmware) of complex computer systems · 5+ year Experience with HDL languages such as VHDL, Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
