As a Program Manager on this team you will Drive research and analysis and offer perspective on developer productivity gaps Use that research to define plans and solutions which execute on our strategy and roadmap Oversee execution of those plans and collaborate with multiple feature crews throughout the engineering lifecycle Ensure features we ship address customer problems and improve satisfaction in measurable ways Contribute to the success of your teammates by helping define and grow team culture Partner with teams across the company, including Developer Division, Azure, Office and more Communicate
This position requires 7+ years of program or product management experience, or equivalent academic/professional experience in software engineering Deep front-end web development experience and knowledge Broad understanding of the web platform, web developer workflows, and web tools ecosystem Experience building software products with diverse engineering teams and stakeholders Passion for working with customers and advocating for product features that meet their needs
