Content Operations Manager
The Content Operations Manager will lead a team of content strategists, authors, and localization professionals supporting the global HR community. The Global Content Operations team works on employee-facing content within our self-service channels (presently Inside Amazon, with HR Cases, Amazon A to Z, and other employee-facing portals coming in 2019), as well as content surfaced within Panorama, our case management system used to help answer employee questions via phone, email, and chat. The team uses a content management system (Adobe AEM), which is currently a repository for Panorama, but the CMS will become our single source of truth for HR content needing to be surfaced through any platform starting in 2019. The manager of this team will ensure consistency of voice and communication quality starting with a global English source and translated into multiple languages, and will manage resource planning and operational workflow for the team. They should be a proven leader who has a demonstrated

· 5+ years of professional working experience managing content · Experience with a Knowledge Management System (KMS) and/or a Content Management System (CMS) · Bachelor’s degree in a related field· Strong editorial background and exceptional skills in proofreading and creating, implementing, and ensuring adherence to technical style guides · Experience working in HR call center operations · Experience and success in running global teams a plus · HR experience · Experience in a multi-language publishing environment, including globalization for translation, terminology databases and management, and
