We're looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help merchandise and grow our Kindle books business. Overview: Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) – Kindle and Amazon's independent publishing service – has revolutionized reading and the way authors of any level can engage the millions of readers that shop on Amazon. KDP’s Digital Marketing Manager will help engage readers and grow the business of authors using our Independent publishing services for publishing books across digital and print formats

· 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing and/or site merchandising. · BA/BS required. · Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel. Experience with a varied set of software and editing tools· Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Experience in the publishing industry. · Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs. · Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation. · Excellent account management
