Amazon.com is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Compliance Manager to join our Global Stock Plan Administration team in Seattle WA. This hands-on individual contributor role will partner extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage and execute on all regulatory requirements and reporting for Amazon’s global stock plans. Qualified candidates need to have stock plan compliance experience in addition to prior experience with implementing new strategies and mechanisms for program and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has proven abilities to manage critical projects concurrently and through to successful completion, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a highly dynamic environment.
