Amazon.com is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our Global Programs and Services team in Seattle WA. This hands-on role will partner extensively across Amazon’s global organization including HR, Payroll, Finance, HR Services, Tax, Operations, and Accounting in providing detailed data analysis and benchmarking for a wide variety of employee benefits and programs worldwide. As an individual contributor, strong project management skills are critical to this role, as well as proven abilities to help design and implement tools/processes and/or data collection mechanisms to support the function and generate executive level reporting. This Seattle-based role will also participate in multiple initiatives to help ensure continuous compliance with laws and regulations, enhance our employee programs, identify areas of potential savings, and assist in identifying new opportunities to meet the needs of our rapidly growing global businesses and our employees.
