· Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or equivalent work experience · Strong and resourceful problem-solver in a varied and fast-paced environment · Commitment to quality and accuracy · Excellent organizational skills · Confidence in written and verbal communication, to all levels of management · Ability to learn and adapt quickly · Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines · Advanced experience of analytical tools · Content creation for direct mail and email campaigns including copywriting · Background in strategic planning and execution of holistic direct marketing campaigns · Background
