USCMO, part of US Marketing Subsidiary, is rallying marketing transformation by providing the best possible customer journey through events, customer stories, trials, ebooks, social nurture and more. In this role, you will be responsible for managing MarTech innovation and operations. You will find the best marketing technology in the industry, assess its impact on Microsoft goals, and pilot and implement the technology by working with global marketing and engineering teams. In addition, you will be responsible for landing any new or global sponsored marketing technology in the subsidiary, and then managing licenses, consumption, budgets and user success

The core responsibility of this role includes: Manage marketing technology operations and new technology to improve Microsoft's outcomes. Align with Microsoft global teams when finding technology and piloting to ensure global strategy and interoperability with global systems Manage technology operations including licensing, budgets, evangelism, trainings (as needed), optimization, consumption and decommissioning As part of Field marketing team, work with Microsoft customers to showcase how Microsoft uses marketing technology and explore solutions to achieve customer outcomes Ensure marketing technology
