Pay Program team Data Insights leader
Amazon is looking for a smart, ambitious and strategic Data Insights leader for our Perfect Pay Program team that is part of HR Operations and Analytics team. In this role, you will develop deep expertise with End to End Pay impacting processes used by Amazon and help to reduce the pay defects (S-team goal) using a data driven and analytical approach. You will manage a team of business analysts and frame and implement the data strategy for the Perfect Pay Program team. You will also have a large change leadership responsibility. You will work globally with business owners, payroll, technology and HR partners to understand program goals, timelines, deliverables and requirements. You will also drive program and project deliverables, provide strategic direction, escalation management, and deliver regular communications to the project stakeholders. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR or related field · 7+ years relevant program and project management experience · Proven analytical/technical aptitude, i.e. statistics and the ability to carefully analyze large, complex data sets· Working knowledge of Tableau, Oracle/SQL/OBIEE experience is a strong plus · Experience to process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, BPM etc. is a plus · Experience in Digitization is preferred · MBA degree is preferred · Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to delight others – ability to serve customers and deliver an excellent
