Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of ecommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. Advertising Sales Ops team partners with world-wide sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities for acquiring, growing and retaining advertisers. In order to accomplish this we leverage the wealth of Amazon’s information on advertiser base, vendors, marketplace sellers, ad agencies, sales activities from CRM systems and other signals. We are a growing and diverse team with high levels of autonomy and executive visibility. We are looking for a Senior Analytics Program Manager to manage programs of Sales Ops function such as 'Advertiser Account Foundation' and 'Input/Output Insights'. He/she will develop roadmaps for projects/program to provide actionable insights to sales leaders to drive productivity and execute on them. Sales leaders rely on the insights from this

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in quantitative disciplines area such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar. · 6+ years professional experience in business intelligence or business analytics · Experience writing advanced SQL, data modeling, data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehousing) and using databases in a business environment with complex datasets · Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate your vision with both technical and non-technical individuals · Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into tactical work outputs
