You will build exceptional relationships with other teams across Amazon in order to ensure that the decisions made support the evolving demands of the business, while also delivering the best possible employee experience. · Bachelor’s degree required · 5+ years of program/project management experience in a fast-paced environment · Experience leading teams to deliver cross-functional projects · High level of proficiency in MS Excel · Some travel required, dependent upon location of projects· Certified project/program management credentials · Demonstrated expertise in process management-Six Sigma/green belt certification · Experience leading global or regional program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts; technical and non-technical · Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment
