We’re looking for a talented lawyer to support our rapidly growing Amazon Air business, which currently operates an air cargo network using a fleet of over 40 Boeing 767 aircraft across more than 20 U.S. airports and recently announced plans to build a regional hub at Fort Worth Alliance Airport (AFW) in addition to a central hub at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) that has the potential to grow into one of the most significant facilities of its kind over the next several
· 5+ years of legal experience (with at least two years at a law firm) · Juris doctor, strong academic credentials, and membership in at least one state bar · A mix of transactional law firm and in-house and/or government experience working in the aviation industry · Experience in representing corporate clients in contract negotiations · Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations · Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability
