We are looking for talented and motivated attorneys to manage international trade legal work in support of our rapidly growing and evolving global Retail and Operations businesses. You will be responsible for counseling the businesses on a broad range of import and export-related regulatory and commercial matters, including on emerging and cutting edge areas of international trade law in support of pioneering business initiatives. You will work directly with the businesses you support, serving as counsel and providing strategic input on import/export compliance and transportation and supply chain commercial transactions and programs. You will collaborate with attorneys across the globe to develop innovative international trade, transportation and supply chain solutions. You will provide day-to-day guidance on import/export regulations, and advise on upcoming regulatory

· 4+ years a (with at least two years at a law firm) in import/export regulatory matters, preferably with some portion of that experience in commercial transactions or technology · Juris Doctor or international equivalent · Membership in good standing in at least one state or foreign bar · Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed. · A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience is a plus · Hands-on project management experience, including excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple and varying mission-critical projects at once, and to follow
