We're looking for an exceptional leader and cross-team collaborator to partner with stakeholders to optimize sales and consumption of Open Source Software on Azure which includes Linux infrastructure and key OSS ISVs (RedHat, Pivotal, Cloudera, MongoDB, DataStax, SUSE, etc.) based applications. Strategy Development and Evolution: Leverage Microsoft platform and competitive industry knowledge to partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Services and Partner teams to create a multi-year strategic roadmap of field sales strategy and high value sales motions and customer offerings Drive Field Sales Model: Lead Change Management Efforts: Control and Monitor Results: Analyze sales outcome and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement to drive sustainable revenue and consumption growth Closed Feedback Loop: Facilitation and delivery of closed feedback loop with key executive sponsors
5 + years of experience in sales and/or product marketing of Linux infrastructure and its App Dev related tools and key Open Source ISVs such as RedHat, Pivotal, Terraform, SUSE, Cloudera, DataStax, MongoDB, etc. on cloud platforms- AWS, Azure 3+ years of experience in Cloud Apps and Infrastructure sales, with integrated partner sales motions Channel management with Enterprise Cloud Services company 3+ years of demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in new business models, with strong understanding of the enterprise segment customers, partners, and services sales engines Prior work experience
