Amazon is seeking an outstanding BIE to uncover key insights on how consumers watch videos on Amazon. As consumers increasingly consume digital video, we need to make agile decisions based on what content appeals to our customers. Key Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities within the scope of the analysis of content on the Prime Video service: · Support the analytical needs of the content acquisition management team (CAM) inclusive of routine reporting, ad hoc and basic statistical inference for US and WorldWide licensing · Maintain and improve on our system for gauging US and WorldWide content demand · Work with central economics, machine learning, finance and other analytics team to ensure the most efficient and effective allocation of resources to tackle the US and WorldWide content analytics agenda · Collaborate with CAM to develop clear business and measurement objectives · Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet CAM expectations

- Master’s in computer science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field; or equivalent experience - 5+ years of professional work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Science - Proven experience with SQL, Excel - Business Intelligence experience working with Data Warehouse (e.g.: Redshift, AWS) solutions and large data sets to be able to source data from various locations - Previous experience with reporting and visualization using Tableau, Cognos cubes or other OLAP cube/data visualization and reporting package - Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation
