Are you interested in defining the future operating model for Amazon’s middle mile operations and creating a world-class experience for our customers and associates? The North America Sort Center (NASC) Benchmarking team leads defining, implementing, measuring and improving standard work processes that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within our middle mile Sort Center network. We are accountable for influencing business-critical decisions that enable scale and deliver consistent, industry leading performance. We will raise the bar on customer experience while lowering costs and supporting our rapid growth. To be successful in this role you will need to be a proven analyst, diligent task manager, communicator, and problem solver. You will work on large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customers. Great candidates have the ability to use data and analytics to drive change themselves by acting on the outcomes. Responsibilities

· Bachelor’s in a science or business-related field · 3+ years of demonstrated experience in transformation of large scale data sources using SQL, Redshift, Oracle, or other Big Data technologies · Strong analytical skills including SQL, including the ability to pull data and use data to identify and solve ambiguous problems · Advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools · Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making · Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
