We are looking for a seasoned, senior leader for this critical leadership role, reporting to the GM, Apps and Infra SBU. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Apps and Infra SBU GM in driving the rhythm of the business - thinking holistically and strategically about key operational rhythms, business processes, procedures and communication, enabling effective business planning and execution. Additionally, this role will lead key initiatives and processes, including business strategy development, integrated business and operational planning, partnering with the CSS Chief of Staff Office
Qualifications 8+ years of direct experience with line of business processes, program management in a technical environment, portfolio management, or infrastructure operations 5+ years of experience and proven ability to organize and support cross-business re-engineering or other change programs Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, ability to provide direction and clarity Strong knowledge of process management and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making,
