We are searching for an experienced Head of Product Management (Sr. Manager, Product Manager Technical) to own the strategy, development and implementation of new learning experiences. You will lead a team that is obsessed with providing great learning experiences for customers who will architect, build, deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS. Starting with customer feedback, you will create a new learning experience for people that will create and leverage cloud-deployed software. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · 7+ years of relevant work experience in technical product management or in a software applications environment · 5+ years of direct people management experience; leading other leaders. · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role · Bachelor’s Degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · A strong understanding of user research and human-centered design · Proven ability to launch successful, product offerings that are used and loved by their customers · Technical background or
