AWS Incident Management develops the ITSM product suite for Amazon that enable ticketing and agile project management across all of Amazon. Our products are mission critical, highly available and operate at Amazon scale. There is hardly anyone at Amazon who has not used the tools we own. We're looking for a seasoned product manager to take our products to the next phase of their journey. As the Principal Product Manager, you will be in charge of the overall strategy of these products, gathering customer feedback and understanding their needs and pain points. You will define the product vision for our domain and tools, so we can unlock significant productivity for our large customer base and also expand the offerings beyond ticketing and agile project management. Not only will you help expand our offerings for internal customers, you will also define the strategy to externalize our internal offerings. You will work closely with the development team and the UXD team to define the details,

· 5+ years of technical product management or product development · A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent)· Proven ability to define visionary, ground breaking product innovations with a history of translating customer insight into product and service experiences that customers love to use and share. · Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment · Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence and negotiate · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics
