Key responsibilities: Partner collaboratively with the Microsoft Teams ecosystem team and partners to understand their business goals, user needs, and collect requirements and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas. Partner with the engineering team to deliver end to end solutions for developer tooling, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience and delivery of capabilities. Manage a team of junior and senior program managers to ensure that their work contributes to the overall product roadmap and KPIs. Manage dependencies across teams
Basic Requirements: 7+ years of program management experience delivering end-user facing products and services. Having led a team of program managers is a plus. Solid understanding of web/mobile technologies, developer tools, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas. Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed.
