The Amazon Books team is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management who is customer-focused and passionate about reading to help us develop Amazon's strategy and vision for publisher ingestion and portals. You will lead a team of Product Managers, Project Managers and Program Managers responsible for defining our product vision working closely with publishers and engineering teams to create world class catalog ingestion and business management services. You will own product decisions, help drive technical tradeoffs and own go-to-market strategy. This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with multiple business, engineering, operations, and finance teams to research, conceive, design, develop and deliver products that create excitement and value for customers and grow business opportunities for Amazon. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the following: customer experience, usability, requirements, competitive analysis, market analysis, business modeling,
