Training and Certification is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager with a strong administration and coordination background to manage and coordinate activities and administration for our Product Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will manage and execute a variety of projects and administration activities, providing focused project management for specific marketing programs and projects. This includes, but is not limited to product launches, goals and budget planning, team meetings, and calendar management. The ideal candidate must have superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic. You have a track record of success in managing marketing projects and programs. The right candidate is extremely data-driven and comfortable with planning and executing on variety of projects; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong
· 5+ years’ professional experience providing administrative support to executive level or project management in a marketing capacity in digital/high-technology companies/products. · Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely and professionally in written and oral forms in English. · Experience copywriting and editing documents and managing content/editorial calendars. · Expert level Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. · Familiarity working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, social, web analytics, Salesforce, CRM, and business intelligence
