The global Business Applications and Industry Marketing Team is looking for a creative marketing communication professional with high energy, passion, and attention to detail to be a senior member of the Product MarCom team. The Product Marcom team is focused on driving cross product messaging.The team has a clear charter to create market awareness and momentum for Business Applications and Industry. We are responsible for communicating through compelling stories, informative content, optimal channels and in ways that drive the business forward. This role, the Senior Marketing Lead, is accountable for the following commitments: • In collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team, engineering and sales, develop a process and strategy for customer stories and evidence. • Create, orchestrate and execute customers success stories. • Create the method, messaging framework and connection to the technical audience • Work with the field to collect and connect the customer and partner voice and
An effective marketing lead will work closely across the product marketing team, integrated marketing team, engineering and field teams. This role will have the responsibility to discover and amplify the customer voice, share their stories and develop the technical audience focus. The role will also create the story for our strategic engagements across the company. TTo be effective in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate success and aptitude against the following competencies: 1. Experience Required: • Proven success in marketing strategy • Passionate, results-driven and organized approach, with an attention to detail. A self-starter who can create and deliver strategic and scalable marketing plans from concept to delivery, including an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively driving to measurable results. The ability to work independently in ambiguous and changing environments, along with great listening and partnering skills. • Strong executive presence, cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders
