SMB Growth team Digital Marketing Strategy
SMB Digital Marketing Strategy – Small and medium businesses (SMBs) employ nearly two billion people worldwide and create the majority of new jobs, fueling the global economy from corner stores to startups. Empowering these individuals and organizations is critical to Microsoft's mission as well as financial growth. On the Microsoft 365 SMB Growth team, we create the strategy to meet these customers' needs and aid their purchase decisions. We're also are accountable for the worldwide performance and growth of this multi-billion-dollar business. You would be responsible for digital marketing strategy and performance with a focus on rapidly growing customer acquisition. You'll start by analyzing digital marketing investments and performance to influence our strategy, including paid media, the global demand center and social marketing. Ongoing, you'll rigorously analyze the funnel, including LTV and CAC, understanding what drives results and looking for big and small ways to grow the business

Core areas of focus for this role include: Partner with data science and other marketing teams to analyze the digital marketing sales funnels Build and prioritize digital marketing plans for Office 365, including expectations on LTV, CAC and ROI Launch and evaluate pilots both to inform larger investments and create opportunistic improvements Analyze customer and partner needs, market opportunity, and competitor sales motions to inform key decisions Conduct market research and synthesize competitive information to drive business growth
Required Qualifications: BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales analytics, and/or sales strategy Recommended Qualifications: 5+ years in digital marketing / strategy Excellent business analysis and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to influence at the CVP level Strong problem identification and resolution skills A BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related discipline, MBA strongly preferred The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of
