Financial Experience Team AWS Financial Experience
The AWS Financial Experience Team builds and operates the back and front end platforms that enable customers to understand their costs and pay for services. Our services send financial documents to customers, account for revenue, and collect payments globally. As part of the product management team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds helping to deliver capabilities and features that make it easy to do business with AWS. We work with stakeholders across AWS and Amazon who have competing priorities and objectives. This role will be a point of contact with our stakeholders to communicate our objectives and coordinate across roadmaps. In addition to coordinating and executing projects, the program manager will monitor business operations, help solve problems, and contribute to requirements and designs to solve root causes. Also, this role will undertake special projects to analyze and solve business problems.
· Communicate the goals and objectives of the Financial Experience team and coordinate roadmaps across a diverse set of stakeholders. · Enable automated billing features for customers with unique requirements. · Bring the right people together to find pragmatic solutions for short and long term objectives. · Work with business teams, product managers, engineers, and customer service to build project plans, monitor risks, and resolve issues. · Identify opportunities to improve AWS customer’s experience, propose solutions, and participate in the design. · Serve as the voice of the customer for internal
