· Bachelor degree or equivalent · Strong critical thinking and analytical skills · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting · Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders · SQL and Excel modelling experience · Experience driving business decisions using data and work independently and autonomously · Excellent meeting management and facilitation skills · Strong written communication skills · Core Program and Project Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, data audits, review meetings, process audits)· Masters in Engineering or MBA
