Amazon is investing in Move, a marketing program to help moving customers prepare for their moves and settle in their new spaces. The market size for Move is: 23 million households (18% of total) move each year in the US, spending $6.5k on average in the 3 months moving window. Furthermore, the disruption of a move provides an opportunity to increase engagement with Amazon’s broad product selection and strategic programs. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to define and launch the project. The ideal candidate will be a change-agent that sets an inspiring vision for the project defining how Amazon can disrupt and own the Move occasion, and owns the plans to achieve it. The marketing lead will increase customer engagement by: 1) conduct market research to better understand the motivations, needs and behaviors of movers and prioritize enhancements to the program 2) broadening our customer base, and 3) growing customer spend by focusing on activities that move the customer through

· Bachelor degree · Marketing experience (i.e. Product Marketing...) · Project management skills (i.e. launch a feature) · Customer Analysis, data insights and research. We are seeking a business leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates strategic thinking, driving positive change and transformation, customer obsession and deep curiosity to uncover how things work, bias for actions to drive results, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our moving customers.
