Amazon’s digital marketing team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented senior program manager to drive programs that support Amazon’s digital advertising initiatives. Amazon is aggressively growing initiatives to support our strategic businesses. Our team is highly results oriented, and focused on developing and leveraging proprietary in-house technology to automate and scale marketing programs that drive new customers and positively impact our existing customers. Our team is responsible for developing Amazon’s advertising vision, along with the programs and tools that deliver effective execution. This role is responsible for developing tools, processes, and programs that allow Amazon’s internal marketing teams to manage their digital advertising programs within our proprietary services. This role will own improving tools and processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our advertising operations; this will be done through increasing automation, programmatic solutions,

· Bachelor’s degree. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in either marketing or program management roles supporting digital advertising programs. · Demonstrated success in developing and growing new programs. · Experience successfully managing large scale strategic advertising programs with distributed internal stakeholders.· Significant experience leveraging online marketing channels to drive B2C customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation preferred. · Strong analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis. · Experience with ad delivery and
