Partner closely with the CVP's Executive Communications Manager and the Chief of Staff to create and drive strategic internal communications for both the WW Enterprise Commercial Organization and key stakeholders and roles in other organizations Drive a communications strategy and plan for how we communicate across industries and drive alignment of our Digital Transformation messaging Help manage effective channels to reach teams across the organization. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of e xperience in employee communication s , marketing, journalism, or all the above. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and deliver a "what's in it for me" message to an employee audience Exceptional team player with professional maturity and excellent stakeholder management skills Business acumen, maturity, confidentiality, and experience working with senior executives Strong organizational skills and examples of balancing competing projects and priorities.
