The Microsoft One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization plays a critical role in Microsoft's cloud growth by helping partners: build solutions on the Microsoft cloud; acquire new cloud customers; and Co-sell with Microsoft sales teams. At the center of OCP is the Go-To-Market (GTM) Team, which is responsible for driving new and innovative Go-To-Market strategies with Microsoft's top partners. As a Director of Partner Marketing, in the US OCP Go-To-Market team, you have the opportunity to be part of a significant transformation that will require the creation of new innovative co-marketing strategies with Microsoft's top "Services" Partners (including SIs and LSPs) in the US. In this role you will lead a team of 9 seasoned Partner Marketing Advisors, who create and execute custom Go-To-Market plans with partners. These plans have specific goals, strategies, and tactics all designed to assist partners in acquiring new cloud customers and advancing our joint goals. You will also work collaboratively
IDEAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience. A minimum of 8 years of management experience. Proven ability to develop deep customer insights and to incorporate those insights in the development of innovative Go-To-Market plans with partners. Exceptional communication skills; written and oral. Ability to build relationships, influence partners, and establish credibility with executives. Strong collaborative teaming and consensus building abilities as well as proficiency in cross-discipline cooperation. Strong drive for results, good judgment and comfort working with
