Come help Amazon’s Lifecycle Engagement Organization innovate, experiment, and scale new marketing programs designed to increase customer adoption of key shopping behaviors. As part of a global cross-category marketing team, you will have the opportunity to drive significant growth across a broad range of Amazon categories and programs by building marketing campaigns that leverage the customer lifecycle segmentation framework owned by this team. You will flex your analytical and creative abilities as you design, experiment and build out marketing programs that will help tens of millions of customers understand how Amazon can help them with more of their needs and drive further customer engagement. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns targeting select customer segments across organic and paid media channels including Amazon's homepage, key parts of the onsite shopping flow, social media, display, search, email etc. To be successful, you will be naturally

· 3+ years experience in online marketing or e-commerce merchandising. · Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field. · Proficient with a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, and image editing software). · Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize marketing programs, strong understanding of experimental design, ability to set tests and optimize on own. · Ability to design and analyze hypothesis-based experiments· Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action. · Proven ability to deliver results
