We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and organized Senior Manager that can develop the right team to drive innovation and execute new strategies across the key technology pieces that support the most critical components of this rapidly scaling operation. The right leader in this role will drive broad adoption and provide unparalleled customer experience. They will be in charge of both the product and the technology. They will develop a strategic and tactical plan that drives our last mile operation vision forward at Amazon’s pace of business. · Create the vision and roadmap with tools and systems that makes traditional and crowd-sourced delivery possible and realizes our operational strategic vision · Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment · Write requirements and specifications and drive the product development schedule from design to release · Perform the supporting research and analysis for your products including gathering raw data and key metrics using Excel, Access, SQL and turning this data into insightful recommendations for the business · Work cross functionally
