Microsoft Teams is a chat-based workspace that brings together everything a team needs, natively integrating meetings, messaging and calling services - plus the familiarity and power of the Office apps - into a single, secure hub for teamwork. Teams is growing rapidly and we're looking for a senior high impact and high energy product marketing leader with excellent communication and storytelling skills t o lead to assess customer input and market trends, inform engineering plans, drive positioning and messaging of new features and craft go-to-market (GTM) plans that increase awareness and usage of Teams. You will serve as spokesperson and s ubject matter expert for these core areas of responsibility. You will be responsible for defining and evolving how we message and position the all up product. You will own the communication of product improvements to drive awareness and usage. You'll partner with the Engineering team in prioritizing new features and optimizing the product based on customer

Key responsibilities include the following: Positioning and Messaging Own positioning and messaging for product and define positioning and messaging for new product features that resonates with audiences and drives action Build core content that articulates product value i n a thoughtful and compelling way with consistency across all mediums ( e.g. messaging framework, value prop, customer pitch deck, blog posts, FAQs, screenshots, videos, slides) Serve as product expert on existing and new product features to customers and the sales field, regularly presenting to audiences both large and small
Qualifications include: Relevant undergraduate degree and /or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred 7+ years in product marketing or product management or comparable experience A passion for technology and the ability to translate technology into compelling marketing Self-awareness, the ability to be self-critical and a strong desire to learn/ grow Proven ability to drive results with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders Experience in business planning, market and competitive analysis Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion Experience
